“Jerusalema” singer Nomcebo Zikode becomes first AIDONIC Goodwill Ambassador

In a joint statement we are very pleased to announce the appointment of, Nomcebo Zikode, the singer and songwriter of the global hit that debuted #1 on the Billboard Music charts, ‘Jerusalema’, as the newest Goodwill Ambassador for AIDONIC.

“Jerusalema” became the most Shazammed song in history and reached over 378 million youtube streams. The Jerusalema Dance Challenges became a global phenomenon and turned the song into the “feel-good” anthem for millions of people worldwide. Besides her music career, Nomcebo is also passionate and active in aiding under-resourced children and less privileged communities.

As a “Goodwill Ambassador” Nomcebo Zikode shares the values of love, care and giving and promotes AIDONIC’s vision for humanitarianism, inclusion and digital innovation for good. While using and supporting AIDONIC’s awarded digital platform for social fundraising and last-mile aid distribution, she contributes to a fairer and better world that leaves no one behind. 

Nomcebo Zikode plans to establish two aid projects in the coming weeks using AIDONIC’s innovative platform and ecosystem that will be delivered in and around her hometown Hammersdale, Kwa Zulu Natal. “Our efforts will be focused on aiding under resourced children, elderly nursing homes and supporting care givers in less privileged communities.”
